Welcome!

We recommend booking an Initial Assessment and 3 x Follow-up Sessions, each one week apart. Reserving these spots in advance will decrease the wait time between your sessions and ensure we can properly implement your treatment plan.

We now offer direct billing for chiropractic!

We are unable to direct bill physiotherapist services at this time. You will still be required to submit your receipts to your insurance company directly to receive reimbursement.

Can’t find a time that works? Join the waitlist online or call our reception team at (778) 562-6796 and we’ll do our best to fit you in ASAP!

What’s a rehab-based Chiropractor?

To put it simply, I don’t practice under the traditional alignment model. I’m not here to “put bones back in place” or chase small biomechanical shifts in your spine. Outside of looking for larger joint fixations, I don’t view alignment as the target of care.

Instead, I practice in an evidence-based framework, which means I use a wide range of techniques to achieve both short-term relief and long-term, sustainable results.

Short-term modulation of symptoms: manual therapy techniques like Active Release, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy.

Long-term solutions: shockwave therapy, targeted exercise, repeated motions, nerve-centered dynamic movements, nutrition, programming, and lifestyle recommendations.

I see manual therapy as a supportive tool — something that helps in the moment — while the real foundation for lasting change comes from progressive, evidence-driven strategies that build durability, resilience, and performance.

My approach shares common ground with physiotherapists, osteopaths, naturopaths, personal trainers, TCM practitioners, and many others in the orthopedic healthcare space. At the end of the day, it’s about choosing the right tool at the right time to help people move better, recover faster, and get back to doing what they love.
